Hospice 2008 "Mask Project".  Julia's mask
featured none other than Lulu Bella and her loyal
companion the "Yellowbird". This mask was

others. Not only did julia's mask help raise money

Westword's Best of Denver 2006
BEST DOG PORTRAITS

LuLu Bella

Local artist Julia McClurg has a way with pet
portraits, and the proof is in dozens of commissions
she's received since setting up shop. She captures
the personality of her subjects instead of just
reproducing their images, and as a result, her
whimsical paintings are far better suited to the
living room wall than the doghouse.
